Although the manual and remote control receiver and transmitter are only written in Chinese, the content is simple so there’s no problem using them. I like that the speed can be changed to 4 levels and that it has a timer function. The pouch is also made of fabric material with a decent finish. However, there is quite a bit of noise when at high speed. It’s not a loud noise, but it’s noticeable. An absolutely wonderful little usb ceiling fan! I purchased these for use in our outdoor sitting area. The usb cable is about one meter long, so unless you have a power source of high you may need some way to extend power to them. The fans do not come with a remote, however i have no need for a remote. These fans will either be on or off helping move air, to aid in cooling, during warmer weather. They are balanced enough, as there is only a moderate amount of wobble while operating.
