Almost correct measurements. It’s more like 170×61. But obviously I just unrolled it, so I imagine that with use it will end up stretching those 3cm that are missing according to the description. The thickness of 3mm is exact. Looking at it, I think I should have ordered a slightly thicker one. But for use on gym flooring or home flooring, it’s fine. For outdoor use, it’s better to order the highest thickness because the material doesn’t look like a super durable material. It comes folded in squares and I don’t think it’s a material that can withstand being “rolled up” for better transportation. In any case, if you carry a backpack, you can put it in its square form as it comes folded. I will use it for stretches at home, I see it for that purpose and yoga. And seeing its durability.

There were no issues with packaging or delivery. It took 9 days from ordering to delivery. It seems like it took a little time. Is it due to the impact of the Spring Festival? There doesn’t seem to be any quality issues. Folding is smooth and seems easy to use. I think it’s easier to take things in and out than the type that rolls up for storage. As shown in the photo, the thickness is 6mm. It’s as per the specifications. I thought it would be a bit softer, but the material was firmer than I expected. This is my first time purchasing this type of mat, so I don’t know if this is normal or not. There is no problem with exercising, but I thought the 4mm version might feel a bit thin. I am 170cm tall and the size fits perfectly. If it were a bit taller, you might feel that the length is not enough.

It is practical because it takes up very little space and is easy to fold. For the purpose I bought it for (protecting an object), it is ideal and sufficiently thick; although as a floor mat for gymnastic exercises or yoga, it may be too thin and not comfortable enough.

The 6mm is perfect and the color is beautiful! I would recommend to take the 6mm as the 3mm is too thin to practice yoga
