The bike purchased on 15/09 was delivered to me (I am writing from Italy, Turin) on 22/09. Congratulations to the seller for the speed and seriousness shown. I even received the delivery notification from the Italian post office, already for the 19th. But then they were unable to make the delivery. The box, except for a small 30 cm tear on one side, arrived intact and sealed. The bike is perfect in every way and meets the characteristics listed by the seller. Tonight (23/09) there will be a test on the road, but if these are the expectations, I won’t be disappointed. A thank you to the seller and AliExpress.

This is the third Samebike CY20 and we are very satisfied with the bikes. Unfortunately, the display had an issue, but we received a new display and after replacing this display, everything seems to be working fine now. Great service and understandable that it took some time. We managed to resolve it well without having to return the bike.
