Bye bye nose strips!! This system is by far the best i have used for this purpose. There’s 4 different sized bridge pieces. The tabs do not come off during the night. The tabs are very easy to remove in the morning. Very simple to use and works better than any nasal strip i have ever used. Hands down worth every penny!! I use this almost nightly. It’s not a one time thing. So happy with this! !

I don’t feel like it helps me breath more but if you have the spots very closed it would help you a lot, I bought it because I have big adenoids and it’s hard for me to breath at night but it’s a good product and its price is not wrong.
