I let the battery fully charge before starting. I love this e-bike. It is super fun, fast and very comfortable. I can go around there without pedaling, it is very funny and can go very far away. I am 1.80 tall and weigh 85 kg and it is very comfortable for me. Everything is adjustable on the front. Everyone loves the appearance of the bike! Bike is perfect. Handles good, has the power as described, very soft suspension and overall very good quality. The bolts on the battery holder were a bit loose but i tighten them and problem solved. Seat is a bit low and since i’m tall my legs get a bit bent when riding but not a deal breaker. Seller had very good customer support
