Recommended. The yoga shorts have a nice soft and silky feel. They are not especially thick, but they appear to be thick enough to not be see through. The stitching is excellent. The plastic bag they were shipped in was on the thicker side which is great for protecting the very smooth fabric from damage along its journey.
