What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the US, Australia and to European countries like Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

What is your return/exchange policy?

In summary, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sales items cannot be refunded. To read more about our return policy, refer to “Return Policy” at the bottom of the page.

How long will it take to get my order?

The duration of your order depends on the shipping method you select. We currently offer 3 types of shipping. i.e Free shipping, Standard shipping and Express shipping. The maximum duration of all shipping methods are 8-14 days, 7-10 days and 3-6 days respectively.

N.B: Shipping might take longer for bulky products like the heavy duty and industrial machinery, as they are more complex and not possible to process so fast.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide variety of payment methods like; Credit/Debit Card payments (American Express, VISA, Master Card, Discover), PayPal and Pay Later payments like Afterpay, Affirm and Klarna. 

Do you have gift packaging options?

Gift packaging is not yet functional, but we are working hard on delivering it to our customers as soon as possible.

How long does order processing take?

Order processing basically takes 72 hours or less for basic products, and more for heavy duty products, but it can’t be more than 5 days.

How can I track my order?

Copy order ID sent via email entered and copy email used at the time of the purchase and paste each one on the “Track Order” page in the menu section then click submit

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged due to poor packaging? You have up to 30 days to request for replacement/return or a refund.

How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is the easiest thing you can do on our store. After opening our website xpresswift.com, search for any product of your choice or click on any product on the homepage that you will want to buy. After clicking the product, you have 3 available options present for you. You can either add it to your basket and then go back to browse other products before placing your order, or you can simply click the buy now button and be taken directly to the checkout page where you will need to input your billing details, select shipping method and then select payment method, after which you just place your order. Alternatively if you are paying with PayPal, you can just click on any product and just scroll down and select the “PayPal Pay Now” button and then be redirected to the checkout page where you will just input your billing details and be good to go.

Why is my card not working?

We suggest to contact your bank to ensure that the unauthorized transaction features have been lifted prior to contacting customer services.

How much does shipping cost?

Our standard shipping costs an additional $10 while Express shipping costs $20 for every single piece of product that you purchase. Note that the sipping price will multiply as you keep increasing the quantity or number of pieces you want for a product.

Is your site secure?

Our site provides you the best security you will need, ensuring that your sensitive info is kept confidential in the best way possible. we also make sure that every vital verification and right credentials are provided when making any purchase so as to prevent fraud and theft.

Where do your items come from?

Our items come from the United States and China.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

A refund will be issued within 7 working days immediately after it has been initiated.

What information do I need to checkout?

You are obliged to provide to us your First and Last name, Country/Region, Street Address, Town/City, State, Post Code, Phone number and E-mail address. Other fields in the billing details are optional. The other info concerning payments will depend on the payment method you have selected.

How can I find a particular product by category?

It’s very easy, just go to the menu, hover over “All Categories” and a drop down menu will appear where you can see all available categories we have in our shop, then select your items from there.
