Definitely size down. I’m usually a medium but the skirt ended up being pretty big and the shorts underneath did not do much. The skirt is also pretty long in my opinion.

The hips are 103 cm, but the shorts are very large, so take a size smaller. The skirt is a little big at the waist, but not so much that it can’t be worn.

It’s very pretty, it’s true that the shorts are backwards, I don’t know why, and they are short. The skirt is made of soft fabric, although it is quite short; if you wear it at the hips it looks more or less okay, but if you wear it at the waist it doesn’t cover anything. You can guide yourself by the measurements in the sizes, that helps a lot. I ordered the largest one and it fits well, but my measurements are very similar to those listed in the chart.
